History- We talked about Hannibal and the second Punic War. Hannibal war the son of a ruler in Carthage and was told never to befriend Rome. Hannibal became the leader after his father and brother-in-law died. Rome became scared of Hannibal. Hannibal concerned many cities and declare war on Rome. Hannibal raided Rome. Hannibal was such an amazing general because every family lost at least one person. Hannibal did not defeat Rome. When he finally got to Rome he was to weak to go any further. Tomorrow we will be learn about the 3rd Punic War.
